Built around Triminator's proprietary Power Frame™, the TRP withstands up to 25 tons of pressing force while maintaining exceptional rigidity during operation. The heavy-duty steel frame, large food-grade aluminum platens, and precision temperature controls deliver reliable pressure and even heat distribution for consistent, repeatable results.

Designed to maximize terpene preservation, the TRP allows operators to apply extremely high pressure while pressing at lower temperatures than many conventional systems. This combination helps maintain aroma, flavor, and extract quality while producing impressive yields.

Large 6" × 10" food-safe aluminum platens provide ample working space for commercial production. Their high thermal mass and precision heating elements maintain stable temperatures across the entire pressing surface, helping ensure uniform extraction from edge to edge.

Each platen features independent dual PID temperature controls, allowing precise temperature adjustment for the upper and lower plates. Operators can fine-tune pressing parameters to match different materials, bag sizes, and production goals for consistent batch-to-batch performance.

Unlike integrated hydraulic systems, the TRP allows users to choose the pump that best fits their workflow. Manual, air-powered, and electric hydraulic pump options are available, giving operators flexibility for both small production facilities and larger commercial environments.
