At Cultiva Supply, we work hard to offer competitive pricing every day. But if you happen to find the exact same product for less from another authorized online retailer, let us know. If it meets the requirements below, we'll do our best to match it.
Our goal is simple: give you a great price and the peace of mind that comes from buying from a trusted, authorized dealer.
How It Works
Before placing your order, email us at info@cultivasupply.com with a link to the competitor's product page.
We'll quickly review it and, if it qualifies, we'll either:
- Match the price before you purchase, or
- Refund the difference if your order has already been placed but has not yet shipped.
When comparing prices, we consider the total delivered cost, including shipping. Sales tax is not included.
Price Match Requirements
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made before your order ships.
- The item must be identical (same brand, model, and condition).
- The competitor must have the item in stock.
- The competitor must be an authorized online retailer for that brand.
- The advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable.
- Shipping charges are included when comparing prices.
- Sales tax is not included in the comparison.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we can't match every price. Price matching does not apply to:
- Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Overstock, or other marketplace sellers
- Auction or liquidation websites
- Clearance, closeout, open-box, refurbished, or used products
- Pricing that requires memberships, coupon codes, rebates, financing offers, or bundle promotions
- Special holiday sales or limited-time manufacturer promotions
- Pricing that would result in selling below our cost
