Dulytek Warranty & Returns

Dulytek products are backed by a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, products found to have a manufacturing defect may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or use outside of the product's intended purpose.

If you experience an issue with your Dulytek product, please contact Cultiva Supply, and our team will be happy to assist you with the warranty claim process.

30 Day Returns

Eligible Dulytek products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in like-new condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Returned items may be subject to inspection, and a restocking fee may apply if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Please note the following exclusions:

• All Dulytek accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.
• Special-order or customized items are final sale unless covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
