The 3.0+ processes up to 125 pounds of wet plant material or 25 pounds of dry plant material per hour, replacing the work of approximately 100 manual trimmers. Its three 35-inch Dual-Purpose Hybrid Tumblers provide a broad cutting surface while allowing operators to process wet or dry material using the same machine.

Three cutting reels generate up to 140,000 cuts per minute, delivering the cutting power required for large harvest volumes while maintaining a clean, consistent finish. The integrated Variable Speed Control system allows operators to adjust tumbler speed to match different plant varieties, densities, moisture levels, and processing requirements.

A powerful 8 HP, three-phase leaf collector produces up to 7,105 CFM of airflow. This high-capacity suction system continuously pulls excess leaf material through the cutting slots while helping the machine maintain consistent performance during extended commercial processing sessions.

The included Triple-Bag Collection System separates larger leafy material from finer particles during operation. An inner black mesh bag captures larger trim, the white filter bag collects finer material, and the outer polyester bag provides final filtration and containment.

Built from anodized aluminum and stainless steel, the CenturionPro 3.0+ is engineered for demanding production environments. Its simplified mechanical design, removable tumblers, accessible cutting assemblies, and commercial-grade components make cleaning, inspection, and routine maintenance more manageable despite the machine’s substantial processing capacity.

The Quantanium finish can shorten cleaning time and help preserve delicate plant surfaces by preventing material from adhering to the tumbler. The manufacturer states that the coating is made without PTFE or PFOA and should be cleaned by soaking it in warm, soapy water rather than using a pressure washer.

For facilities requiring even greater capacity, the 3.0+ can be integrated with optional Double and Triple Rail Systems. A two-machine system can process up to 275 pounds wet or 55 pounds dry per hour, while a three-machine configuration can reach up to 450 pounds wet or 90 pounds dry per hour.

Recommended Operating Practices

• Read the complete owner’s manual before operating.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily Cleaning

• Disconnect the trimmer and leaf collector from power.
• Remove the cover, upper frames, and tumblers.
• Clean the brushes, cutting reels, shrouds, and machine surfaces.
• Clean Electropolished Tumblers using hot pressurized water up to 1,500 PSI.
• Avoid directing water toward the motor, bearings, or electrical components.
• Run the machine for approximately 15 minutes after washing to help components dry.
• Regrease the tumbler bearings after each wash.

Blade and Magnet Bar Maintenance

• Remove and clean the bed-bar blades and magnet bars every 3–4 hours of operation.
• Clean above and below each blade.
• Use the blade adjusters as handles when removing the blades.
• Do not alter the factory blade settings unless adjustment is required.
• Follow the manufacturer’s adjustment procedure before resetting blade clearance.
• Perform a paper-cut test before operating the machine.

Bearing Maintenance

• Regrease bearings after every wash.
• Use a grease gun with a needle attachment.
• Prevent standing water from remaining around bearings.
• Run the machine after washing to eliminate residual moisture.
• Inspect bearings regularly for noise, resistance, or wear.

Leaf Collector Maintenance

• Clean the leaf collector every 30 days or approximately every 100 operating hours.
• Disconnect electrical power before servicing.
• Remove the side cover and impeller using the recommended tools.
• Clean the impeller and housing using hot water and a fan-spray setting.
• Avoid spraying directly onto the motor or bearings.
• Tilt the housing to allow water to drain.
• Run the leaf collector for approximately 15 minutes after washing.
• Clean the collection bags separately and allow them to dry fully.

Quantanium Tumbler Care

• Do not pressure wash.
• Do not use automotive degreasers.
• Do not use metal scrapers or sharp tools.
• Soak the tumblers in warm, soapy water.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Wipe clean using a soft cloth.
• Use only plastic cleaning pads when additional cleaning is required.
