The Twister S1 Sorter & Autofeeder is a commercial automated sizing system designed to reduce the labor, handling, and inconsistency associated with manual sorting. Built for continuous processing environments, the system combines the S1 precision sorter with a high capacity autofeeder that allows a single operator to load up to 50 lb of dry material and let the system feed and sort automatically.

Twister rates the system at starting from 150 lb per hour, with three standard sorting grades and additional custom sizing options available. The streamlined sorting path is specifically designed to handle irregular shapes accurately while using ultra low drop heights to minimize unnecessary impact during processing.

The Autofeeder also operates on 120V, 60 Hz electrical service but draws only 0.4A. It uses the same IEC C14 inlet and IEC C13 to NEMA 5-15P power cable arrangement.

The Autofeeder measures 68” long, 28” wide, and 46” high and weighs approximately 91 lb.

Sound Levels

The S1 Sorter has a listed sound rating of 76 dB, and the Autofeeder has a listed sound rating of 87 dB.

These ratings are useful when planning placement in production rooms where multiple pieces of processing equipment may be operating simultaneously.
