Triminator TRP Stack 25 Ton Multi-Platen Hydraulic Rosin Press

The Triminator TRP Stack 25 Ton Hydraulic Rosin Press is a commercial-grade solventless extraction system designed for professional technicians and high-volume production facilities that need greater capacity, precise temperature control, and faster cooling between pressing cycles.

Built with a multi-platen configuration, the TRP Stack provides twice the pressing surface of the standard TRP while maintaining the same powerful 25 tons of hydraulic force. Its expanded design allows operators to process up to 0.75 lb of prepared material per cycle, significantly improving throughput in demanding commercial environments.

The TRP Stack features Triminator’s Easy Pivot™ Drip Tech System, allowing the entire platen assembly to rotate smoothly by pulling a handle. This directs freshly extracted rosin away from the heated plates and onto a cooler collection surface, helping stop prolonged heat exposure and preserve valuable aromatic compounds.

Three large 6" × 10" food-grade aluminum platens provide two separate pressing zones. Their high thermal mass maintains stable temperatures during extended production sessions, while six precision heating elements help distribute heat consistently across the entire working surface.

Independent PID temperature controls allow operators to manage platen temperatures precisely. This provides greater control over extraction recipes and makes it easier to adjust operating conditions for different materials, filter bags, consistencies, and production goals.

The proprietary Power Frame™ was developed through extensive finite element analysis and engineered to withstand up to 25 tons of force. Cast from high-strength steel in Northern California, the frame minimizes flex while maintaining consistent pressure across both pressing zones.

A high-visibility open design gives operators clear access to the working area before, during, and after each cycle. With up to 3.25 inches of clearance between all three platens when fully open, loading and unloading larger batches remains straightforward.

The TRP Stack is compatible with manual, air-powered, and electric hydraulic pumps, allowing facilities to select the operating system that best matches their production workflow. The press includes the hydraulic cylinder, but the pump is sold separately.

Operating on 120V power, the press requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit. Its heavy-duty construction, large working capacity, precision controls, and integrated drip technology make it a scalable solution for serious commercial solventless extraction.
