PhotonTek X 1000W Pro LED Grow Light

The PhotonTek X 1000W Pro LED Grow Light is a commercial-grade, full-spectrum horticultural fixture engineered for large rectangular growing areas, indoor rooms, tents, benches, and multi-layer production systems. Producing 2,925 µmol/s of PPF at an efficacy of 2.9 µmol/J, it delivers intense plant-usable light across a broad 6.5' × 5' footprint.

Designed as PhotonTek’s largest single linear-bar fixture, the X 1000W Pro uses ten full-spectrum LED bars to distribute output across a wider canopy than conventional square fixtures. This rectangular configuration helps maintain consistent PPFD across long benches and production areas while reducing excessive intensity directly beneath the center of the fixture.

Higher-spec LUMILEDS white diodes and Osram 660 nm red diodes produce a balanced full-spectrum output suitable for propagation, vegetative development, and flowering. The fixture can remain in place throughout the complete production cycle, reducing the need for stage-specific lighting equipment.

The foldable frame incorporates two intelligent 500W PhotonTek drivers positioned across the center structure. This integrated design balances fixture weight, simplifies installation, and supplies power to the ten modular LED bars. Input power varies by supply voltage, reaching approximately 1,025W at 120V and 1,005W at 277V.

PhotonTek’s Activ-Adapt magnetic light bar system allows individual bars to be installed, removed, or replaced without replacing the entire fixture. The intelligent drivers automatically adjust power consumption according to the number of connected bars, allowing operators to run fewer than ten bars when full output is not required.

An included 0–10V dimmer provides OFF, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% output settings. This allows light intensity to be matched to plant development, canopy requirements, and environmental conditions while maintaining the same relative spectral distribution.

The fixture can also be connected to the PhotonTek Digital Lighting Controller or another compatible 0–10V platform. External control supports centralized scheduling, automated dimming, temperature safety functions, sunrise and sunset simulation, and control of up to 100 fixtures.

Its passive thermal design dissipates heat through the open frame and individual aluminum light bars without fans or moving cooling components. This reduces noise and maintenance while supporting stable diode performance over extended operating periods.

The LED bars incorporate PhotonTek’s protective Clear Glue technology, helping improve resistance to moisture and corrosion without significantly reducing light transmission. The complete fixture carries an IP65 water and dust resistance rating for controlled indoor horticultural environments.
