Mars Hydro FC4000 320W Full Spectrum LED Grow Light

The Mars Hydro FC4000 320W Full Spectrum LED Grow Light is a bar style horticultural fixture designed for efficient, uniform lighting across rectangular indoor gardens. Built with Bridgelux 3030 white LEDs and upgraded OSRAM 660nm deep red diodes, it delivers a balanced spectrum for seedlings, vegetative growth, flowering, and fruiting in grow tents, grow rooms, shelving systems, and hydroponic gardens.

Drawing 320 watts, the FC4000 produces up to 912 µmol/s PPF with a rated fixture efficacy of 2.85 µmol/J. Its elongated multi bar layout distributes light across a wider surface area than a compact board fixture, helping reduce centre hotspots while improving coverage along the outer edges of a 2 x 4 foot canopy.

The full spectrum combines 2800K to 3000K warm white, 4800K to 5000K cool white, and 650nm to 665nm deep red wavelengths. Bridgelux 3030 diodes provide broad spectrum output for plant structure and photosynthesis, while OSRAM deep red LEDs strengthen the portion of the spectrum used heavily during flowering and fruit development.

The FC4000 is optimized for 2 x 4 foot intensive coverage and can support an expanded area up to approximately 3 x 5 feet when lower light intensity is appropriate. This makes it suitable for rectangular grow tents, indoor vegetable gardens, propagation areas, and supplemental greenhouse lighting.

A built in dimmer lets growers reduce output for seedlings and young plants, then increase intensity as the canopy develops. Daisy chain capability allows multiple compatible fixtures to be adjusted together. App based controls, automated schedules, and sunrise and sunset simulation are available when the light is paired with an optional Mars Hydro smart controller.

The detachable fixture design simplifies handling, compact storage, shipping, and component servicing. Assembly is required before use, with the necessary tools and instructions included.

Bridgelux and OSRAM LED Technology

The FC4000 combines efficient Bridgelux 3030 white diodes with dedicated OSRAM 660nm deep red LEDs.

The broad white spectrum supports complete cycle growth, while the upgraded red output provides additional spectral support during flowering and fruiting without requiring a separate red supplemental light.

Uniform Rectangular Coverage

The elongated bar arrangement distributes diodes across the entire fixture to match the shape of a 2 x 4 foot grow space.

This design helps improve side to side uniformity, reduce concentrated intensity beneath the centre of the light, and provide more consistent PPFD across rectangular canopies.

Full Spectrum Plant Lighting

The FC4000 produces a complete spectrum using warm white, cool white, and deep red wavelengths.

The combination supports propagation, leafy greens, herbs, vegetables, flowering plants, and fruiting crops throughout their complete growth cycle.

Efficient 320W Performance

With a 320 watt power draw, the fixture produces up to 912 µmol/s PPF and reaches a rated photosynthetic photon efficacy of 2.85 µmol/J.

Its output is suited to intensive 2 x 4 foot gardens, while the wider maximum footprint can be useful during propagation, vegetative growth, or other applications that require less canopy intensity.

Dimming and Daisy Chain Control

The integrated dimmer provides direct control over fixture intensity, allowing output to be matched to plant age, mounting height, and environmental conditions.

Up to 30 compatible FC4000 fixtures can be connected for unified dimming, making the light suitable for both individual grow tents and larger multi fixture installations.

Optional Smart App Control

The FC4000 requires a compatible Mars Hydro controller to enable smart functions.

Depending on the controller selected, growers can access remote app control, automatic dimming, lighting schedules, fixture grouping, and sunrise and sunset simulation. Smart controllers are optional and sold separately.

Detachable Bar Style Frame

The detachable construction makes the fixture easier to package, transport, store, and service.

A straightforward assembly process is required before installation, with assembly tools and instructions included.

Quiet Passive Cooling

Wave shaped aluminum heat sinks and open spacing between the LED bars allow heat to dissipate without cooling fans.
