The Mars Hydro 38 Pints/Day Dehumidifier with iControl Controller brings automated humidity management to indoor gardens, grow tents, and plant rooms. Built around a high performance compressor, it removes up to 38 pints or approximately 18 liters of moisture per day while integrating directly with the Mars Hydro iControl ecosystem.

Designed primarily for grow tents up to 5' x 5', the system combines automatic humidity management, temperature and humidity sensing, scheduling, remote app control, and intelligent equipment coordination. Set your environmental targets and the iControl system can automatically adjust operation as conditions change.

With four operating modes, two drainage options, automatic defrost, full tank protection, restart memory, and included ducting, it is designed for growers who want more precise humidity control without constantly adjusting equipment manually.

Up to 38 Pints Per Day

The compressor based system can remove up to 38 pints or approximately 18 liters of moisture per day under appropriate environmental conditions.

This gives growers considerably more moisture removal capacity than small thermoelectric units and helps control humidity created by plant transpiration, watering, and enclosed growing environments.

Actual moisture removal will vary depending on temperature, relative humidity, tent size, ventilation, and other environmental conditions.

Mars Hydro recommends the dehumidifier for grow tents up to approximately 5' x 5'.

Dual ventilation ports create a closed loop airflow system designed to improve air circulation and dehumidification efficiency within enclosed growing environments.

The included flexible ducting also makes it easier to integrate the unit into an existing tent or grow room layout.

iControl Smart Automation

The included Mars Hydro iControl Controller turns the dehumidifier into part of a connected environmental control system.

Set humidity targets, temperature based rules, operating schedules, and other environmental parameters while monitoring current conditions through the Mars Hydro smart control ecosystem.

Instead of simply running the dehumidifier continuously, the controller can respond to changing environmental conditions and automate operation around the targets you establish.

Smart VPD Management

When integrated with compatible Mars Hydro equipment, the iControl system can coordinate humidity management with other environmental devices to help maintain more consistent VPD conditions.

Compatible equipment can include Mars Hydro grow lights, inline fans, clip fans, and other supported smart devices.

This creates a more integrated growing environment where multiple pieces of equipment can respond to changing conditions rather than operating independently.

Four Operating Modes

Choose between four operating modes depending on the needs of your growing environment.

• HOLD Mode: Automatically maintains the selected humidity level for everyday environmental control.
• CONT Mode: Runs continuous dehumidification when rapid moisture removal is required.
• DRY Mode: Provides enhanced drying performance for applications requiring faster moisture removal.
• FAN Mode: Operates the fan for air circulation without active dehumidification.

Dual Drainage Options

The Mars Hydro dehumidifier gives growers two ways to handle collected water.

Use the built in 2.1L water tank for convenient standalone operation or connect the included 150cm drain hose for continuous drainage.

Continuous drainage is particularly useful for automated grow environments where minimizing routine maintenance is important.

Temperature & Humidity Monitoring

The system includes temperature and humidity sensing for real time environmental monitoring.

This environmental data allows the iControl controller to make automated adjustments based on actual grow room conditions rather than simply operating from a fixed timer.

Mobile Design

Four smooth rolling caster wheels make it easier to reposition the dehumidifier around a grow room or facility.

An integrated handle further simplifies movement, maintenance, drainage, and routine access without requiring the entire unit to be lifted.

Recommended Use Practices

• Position the dehumidifier on a level, stable surface within the treatment area.
• Connect the included ducting to establish the closed loop airflow configuration.
• Select the operating mode appropriate to your current growth stage and humidity targets.
• Set humidity and temperature targets through the iControl app for automated operation.
• Use the continuous drain hose for hands off operation, or monitor the 2.1L tank regularly if using tank mode.
• Keep the unit's air intake and outlet ports clear of obstructions.
• Allow the automatic defrost function to operate uninterrupted during cooler conditions.
