Warranty Coverage

Harvest Right accessories, replacement parts, and consumable products generally do not include a separate long term manufacturer warranty. Harvest Right's primary manufacturer warranty applies to eligible freeze dryer units, vacuum pumps, and sealed refrigeration systems.

If an accessory or replacement part arrives defective or damaged, please contact Cultiva Supply as soon as possible. We will assist with determining the appropriate resolution and, where applicable, coordinating support with Harvest Right.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or use inconsistent with the manufacturer's instructions.

Accessories & Consumables

Standalone accessories and consumable products, including trays, Mylar bags, oxygen absorbers, vacuum pump oil, and similar items, do not carry the multi year warranty provided with Harvest Right freeze dryer systems.

Any warranty or defect coverage that may apply to a specific replacement component is subject to Harvest Right's applicable manufacturer terms.

30 Day Return Policy

Eligible Harvest Right accessories and standalone parts may be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• All included parts, accessories, manuals, and other components must be included with the return.
• Products showing signs of use, alteration, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

Please contact Cultiva Supply before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment may be refunded, subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Once an order has shipped, it is considered a return and will be subject to the applicable 30 day return policy, including return shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive the incorrect product, contact Cultiva Supply as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you and Harvest Right, when applicable, to determine the appropriate replacement, repair, or other resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping approved returns back to the designated return location. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Cultiva Supply cannot be responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will reflect any applicable restocking fees, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, or other deductions permitted under the return policy.

Manufacturer Terms

Harvest Right manufacturer policies and warranty terms may change from time to time. Where applicable, manufacturer warranty coverage is provided by Harvest Right and remains subject to Harvest Right's current terms, conditions, exclusions, and eligibility requirements.

Cultiva Supply will be happy to assist customers with warranty and return questions and help coordinate with the manufacturer when necessary.
