AC Infinity IONBOARD S44 430W LED Grow Light

The AC Infinity IONBOARD S44 is a 430W full spectrum LED grow light designed for complete 4' x 4' grow coverage. Built around horticulture series Samsung LM301H diodes, the S44 combines optimized full spectrum output, algorithmically positioned LEDs, passive cooling, and smart control compatibility in a compact board style fixture.

The current generation S44 has been updated from the older 400W LM301B version still shown by some retailers. AC Infinity's current manufacturer listing specifies 430W output and Samsung LM301H diodes, so those are the specifications used for this product page.

430W High Output Design

The current IONBOARD S44 operates at 430 watts, providing the intensity required for a complete 4' x 4' grow footprint.

This updated power level gives the current S44 more output than the previous 400W version while retaining the same compact board style form factor.

Important: the current 430W manufacturer specification is used here rather than older 400W retailer data.

Samsung LM301H Diodes

The current S44 uses Samsung LM301H horticulture series LEDs.

These diodes are designed specifically for plant lighting applications and provide efficient full spectrum output suitable for germination, vegetative development, and flowering.

The current fixture combines 3000K and 6500K white diodes to provide broad spectrum coverage throughout the complete growth cycle.

Full 4' x 4' Coverage

The IONBOARD S44 is designed for a 4' x 4' grow footprint.

Its square format aligns closely with one of the most common indoor tent sizes, allowing one fixture to serve as the primary light source for the entire canopy.

The optimized diode placement is intended to provide useful edge to edge intensity rather than concentrating excessive light only at the center.

Optimized Full Spectrum

The S44 uses a horticultural full spectrum designed for use through all major plant stages.

Its warm and cool white output supports germination, seedlings, vegetative growth, and flowering.

This allows growers to keep one fixture installed throughout the complete cycle rather than switching between separate veg and bloom lights.

Algorithmically Positioned LEDs

AC Infinity positions the S44's LEDs according to an optimized layout rather than a simple evenly spaced grid.

The arrangement is designed to improve PAR uniformity, edge to edge coverage, canopy penetration, and overall light distribution.

This helps reduce center hot spots and improve usable light levels around the perimeter of the 4' x 4' canopy.

0–100% Dimming

The proprietary LED driver allows 0 to 100% brightness control.

The integrated control knob adjusts output in 20% increments, making it easy to lower intensity during early growth and increase power as plants mature.

This allows the same fixture to serve different growth stages without changing hanging equipment or replacing the light.

UIS Smart Controller Compatible

The IONBOARD S44 is part of AC Infinity's UIS platform.

When connected to a compatible controller, growers can access additional automation features including lighting schedules, automated grow cycles, environmental triggers, app control, remote monitoring, and advanced programming.
